Established in 1984 by Yacov Rozenberg, Shoshi Rozenberg, and Gedalya Hamerman, rh is the leading
contract manufacturer in Israel, serving clients that include startups, entrepreneurs
as well as global OEMs and enterprises worldwide. Together with our subsidiary copies rh
Europe, rh USA and r-metal Kits, rh Group offers faster expedited times to market at
reduced costs.

rh Technologies is founded by Yacov Rosenberg, Shoshi Rosenberg and Gedalya Hamerman
rh is enters its very first own location at Nof Hagalil (formerly upper
Nazareth)
rh makes its first serious impact by purchasing their first SMT assembly line
effectively becoming the first Israeli company to own such technology. This
important step moves rh to the top of the Israeli technology arena
rh purchases and moves in to their very own first building (rh1)
rh goes public with our IPO on the Tel Aviv stock exchange
rh purchases r-metal Kits Ltd. And transform itself into a manufacturing group
by expanding their manufacturing capabilities
2003 – rh group opens a 2 nd factory (rh2)
for its 20 th anniversary rh group broke the barrier when rh USA became rh
group and opened our first site overseas providing even larger manufacturing
capabilities
25th anniversary was a great opportunity for rh group to continue
reinventing itself by releasing a new logo
rh group purchases Shelef Ltd. a semiconductor and chip processing
company that will eventually become a part of r-metal
rh group celebrates its 30 th anniversary. For the very first time the company
crosses the total number of employees to 1,000
rh group becomes a fully privately owned company when the 3 founders
secure a majority controlling share of the company
rh group establishes its first European site -rh Europe
rh group announce a new location that will be built at the Zipporit industrial hi-
tech zone located in Israel’s Nof Hagalil
with 4 locations worldwide and over 1100 employees rh group has positioned
itself as Israel leading EMS company as we keep looking towards a brighter future
ahead
